Urgent Hiring for Sales Manager. The Job Description and Desired Candidate Profile are as following:-
To be aware of the centre’s vision, mission & objective and their implementation.
Cold calling and generating qualified leads.
To gather leads from the other concerned teams and convert them into consultations.
To generate leads through referrals and convert them into consultations.
To book maximum packages after conversion of leads.
To make regular calls & timely follow-up with customers/clients in order to motivate them to adopt Ayurveda, Panchakarma, Naturopathy and thereby ensuring maximum sales.
To promote all kinds of Treatments/Therapies through sales and enhance consultations.
To maintain coordination & good rapport with Doctor’s/ Therapists and ensure that the patients are being provided with the best possible treatment well in time.
To monitor & maintain adequate stock of medicines/ oils & other consumables and ensure timely procurement of the same, if required.
To prepare and submit daily based sales reports to the centre.
To collect all the payments timely and hand over to the centre without any delay.
To identify customers/clients’ needs and recommend them the suitable packages after arranging consultation with the doctor(s).
To develop and maintain Target Oriented work and strive hard to achieve the desired/set targets.
To maintain solid working relationships with new and existing customers/clients by providing excellent after-sales service.
To ensure satisfaction of the patients throughout their treatment and obtain their feedback after every consultation/treatment.
To work out and suggest suitable steps to increase the quality of services, if required, in order to enhance patient’s satisfaction and sales.
To research competitors’ products, pricing, and market success and accordingly prepare suitable strategies for enhancement of the centre’s reputation/sales.
To promptly submit purchase orders to the relevant department.
To maintain records of all the customers/clients accurately and keep them confidential.
To NOT use mobile phones for personal use during working hours.
To NOT access personal emails/social media links/other transactions during office timings or using the office resources.
To ensure confidentiality of the centre matters as well as customer’s information.
